Perfume Oils By Maisha is confident that you will be satisfied with our products.  However, if you are dissatisfied DUE TO OUR ERROR,  upon receiving the return, we will exchange the product or give a credit toward your next purchase from us,  provided, of course, that the product returns un-compromised and that  we receive the return within 30 days of  our shipment.  We will not charge shipping and handling when we send the exchange and will give you credit for shipping the product back to us.  If you prefer a credit toward your next purchase, it will include your cost for returning the product.

PLEASE NOTE  

There is a 15% restocking fee on all wholesale returns which are not a result of our error and retail and wholesale returns received after 30 days of our initial shipping date.
